After a brief hiatus we continue the article series on ideal eyebrow shapes by face shapes. Today let's focus on eyebrow shapes for Long faces.
A long face is vertically longer than the horizontal width with forehead, cheeks, and jawline, of roughly the same length. To balance the long face we suggest flatter and horizontal eyebrows to visually shorten the face. The arch should be understated and the beginning and the end of the eyebrow should be at the same level.
Often we see our clients seeking arched eyebrows. The Long face is one case where arched eyebrows are not recommended if you are looking to balance the long face. We often see long face types with prominently arched eyebrows. Personal preference trumps all guidelines. Go with what makes you feel good.
Now let's see how some of the leading ladies of Bollywood with long faces shape their eyebrows. Katrina Kaif and Kajol Devgan have long face types. As you can see in the attached picture the shape guidelines are well adhered to do by their service providers.
